Hard to explain, I love to talk, get involved with people, care and listen. I like to think I am funny, happy and stable within my life, only missing the vital ingredient for over 4 years now. Think I have got to get out more, do different things and start to enjoy life with someone close beside me.

I have the honour of being a grandmother, which I love as I can give them back when I have had enough. I have three adorable children, all doing well in their lives. I am also a very big animal lover, should have been a vet, but the brains were not quite good enough, went into nursing then social care, now working in health. Back to the animals, have a gorgeous little dog, four cats and a rabbit.

I adore traveling, being spontaneous, theatre,cinema, live music, pub lunches in glorious scenery, water colour painting................. Ask me and you will get to know a lot more.

Other than the boxes I have already ticked, I would love to meet someone who is easy to get on with, loves to chat, a romantic at heart and a lover of the unexpected. I would like to have intelligent conversation either walking along a beach/ moorland/Hadrian's Wall, or wrapped up in a duvet on a sheepskin rug with a glass of wine in my hand, or sat in front of a roaring fire in a little pub thats cosy and intimate.....you choose and let me know.
